Take a look at the above chart. The number of homes actively on the market for sale in January of this year is close to our last all time low of 290 properties back in March of 2004. If the property is priced right, we are seeing the active time on market dwindle remarkably as well. Now is a great time for sellers who have been holding off of the market for fear of lack of potential buyers.
